Thank you for your interest in MamaSuds!  We’re excited to make and fulfill an order for you and hope you + your customers enjoy our products.

Prepayment via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, or American Express; Company checks with a 10-day delay. Net 30 available with approval and upon your third order.

Shipping: Shipping is either invoiced separately at the time of packaging, or you can select from the carrier options at the time of purchase. Please note that if you choose the latter option and shipping is more than what you paid for, we will invoice the difference to you.

All orders under $500 are ship insured, between 7-10 business days after payment is received, via UPS/USPS from our studio in Goodrich, Michigan to addresses throughout the USA and Canada. Shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Please allow more time during holidays.

All orders over $500 are ship insured, between 7-21 business days after payment is received, via UPS/USPS from our Soap Shop in Goodrich, Michigan to addresses throughout the USA and Canada.

Wholesale: $20 minimum on all opening orders, $20 minimum on reorders. Product minimums are set on the product pages. MAP will be no less than 15% of double the wholesale price.

White/Private Label: Minimum orders must be $250 or more. Orders that do not meet this minimum will not be filled. Proof of insurance must be emailed over. Labels must be approved by MamaSuds and mailed to our facility.

We stand behind our quality; defective products may be returned at our expense within 15 days of delivery.

All bulk products must be identified as a MamaSuds product with the ingredients listed and the "Made by MamaSuds in Goodrich, MI" typed out or you are not covered under our liability insurance. 

By purchasing from MamaSuds, you are agreeing to these terms. Any violation of these terms will result in your account with MamaSuds to be terminated.
