MamaSuds started when founder Michelle Smith couldn’t find a laundry soap that would clean cloth diapers without irritating her daughter’s sensitive skin. After months of research and dozens of handmade batches, she created a made-from-scratch soap formula using olive oil instead of synthetic detergents. Today, MamaSuds products are trusted by families across the country looking for effective cleaning products without greenwashing or unnecessary additives.

Ordering + Minimums
What is our minimum order quantity (MOQ)? We have no minimum order quantity, so whether you are a regional grocery store or a small general store you have the flexibility to order how you want.
Do products need to be ordered in case packs? Most of our products come in a pack of 4, each product page will be more specific.
Can you reorder anytime? Yes! And we do not require reorder minimums either.
Pricing + Margins
What are your wholesale prices? Once we approve your store you will get access to our wholesale prices.
What margins can retailers expect? Most of our products are over 50% margin. We have MSRPs listed on each product page. We try and keep keystone pricing under our own online retail price for your benefit.
Do you have MAP pricing? Yes, retailers cannot list prices less than 15% of twice the wholesale price.
Selling Channels
Can retailers sell MamaSuds online? Yes, we ask that you do not copy and paste our product descriptions (for SEO purposes). You can use our pictures to start with, but it's for your benefit to take your own product pictures.
Can you request exclusivity? No, we don't have the womanpower to track that.

What products do retailers usually start with? It depends on what type of store you have- we work with all kinds of stores. Whether you own a hardware store, a zero-waste shop or anything in between we have a lot of experience in knowing what would sell to your specific customers. Are your products shelf-stable? Yes, most of our products are good for one year after they have been opened.
Are your ingredients listed on the packaging? Every product has every ingredient listed on their packaging. We also include product cards for each product to help your staff and customers make informed choices.
Shipping + Fulfillment
Where do orders ship from? We ship from our Soap Shop in Michigan.
How long does shipping take? We ship your order 3-7 business days after you have placed it. January and July orders could take longer as well as very large orders.
Do you offer free shipping? Because our products are typically heavy, it's not sustainable for use to offer free shipping.
Do you offer shipping internationally? Yes we can ship internationally.
